All Swimmers

Information for All Swimmers and Parents

1. All swimmers should attend training with the following
         Cap
         Goggles
         Bathers
         2 water bottles
         Flippers
         Paddles

Kick board and pool bouys are supplied but swimmers should aim to eventually have these items themselves.

2. Swimmers should arrive at session 15 minutes prior to water start time and stretch and be changed and ready to get in water at session time.

3. If the swimmer is ill or injured please advise the coach at the start of the session.

4. On Saturday mornings no parents are permitted in the centre prior to 8am. It is recommended that parents DO NOT attend training on a regular basis to allow the child to become independent and allow the coach and child to develop a professional relationship.
